FROM POLICING TO ROAD SAFETY TECHNOLOGY

Located in Kelowna, British Columbia, RoadScan Canada was founded by Lee, a retired RCMP officer with extensive experience in traffic enforcement, driver training, collision investigation and collision reconstruction.

During his policing career, Lee saw firsthand how difficult it can be to determine exactly what happened after a collision or disputed incident. That experience demonstrated the value of reliable video evidence—and ultimately became the foundation for RoadScan Canada.

For 16 years, I trained police officers in driving and spent thousands of hours enforcing traffic laws and investigating collisions. Having attended more than 5,000 collision scenes, I understand how quickly the facts surrounding an incident can become disputed.

That experience is why I believe so strongly in video and vehicle technology. The right camera or telematics system can provide fleet managers and drivers with reliable evidence, improve accountability and help protect them when dealing with insurance claims, legal proceedings and disputed incidents.
